The Ministry, in its official documentation, outlined the basis for granting this recognition to Taitotalo as follows:

The excellence of AEL-Amiedu Oy (Taitotalo) lies in its network-oriented operational culture and continuous proactive dialogue with stakeholders in the working sphere. Taitotalo is dedicated to putting the customer first. This shared value of Taitotalo is reflected in the practical work of every staff member. Networks and partnerships are carefully managed, and strategic goals become practical actions throughout the organisation. It's encouraging to see that the achievement of goals combines both economic and social responsibility. Taitotalo understands business,and they can adapt their training services to provide added value to customers.

AEL-Amiedu Oy operates as a public limited company, with locations in Helsinki, Vantaa and Oulu. They serve approximately 23.000 students annually and employ 450 staff. The strategic mission is to ensure competence in the evolving business environment.
